Please help me to find a sample letter of breach of termination notice. One staff already submitted his resignation letter. Than it follows by the letter acceptance of resignation. But i have received a complaint that the staff not turn up to work as usual. Therefore I want to issue a letter on requesting him to come to work to serve the one month notice period failure he need to pay the one month salary in lieu of notice within a week, otherwise we will log in a report to the Industrial department for further action. Thank you.
