Hello friends,
I need your help since I had already submitted my Form 13 & 10D, but it was rejected on the grounds that the same was not verified by the employer. Subsequently, I had twice sent duly filled forms for verification, but neither have they verified them nor have they replied to me. I resigned from my job in 2008, and since April 2011, I have been trying to settle my PF account in Haridwar. Currently, I am based in Delhi.
Thanks,
SR Rai

Dear Shashi,
You have not mentioned in your post why your employer is not replying. You may talk to your personnel/HR department for the same, and then decide what to do?

Dear Shashi,
As a matter of fact, you must apply for withdrawal of PF in Form 10C and Form 19, and not in Form 13 and 10D. If your employer is not verifying, then please get it verified with any nationalized bank where you are holding the SB Account. Submit directly to the PF Commissionerate where your company account is maintained, along with a copy of your Passbook's first page where your photo and account details are available, and your service/experience certificate duly issued by your previous employer.
The PF Commissionerate will obtain the details of your Form 5 and Form 10 from your employer and deposit your PF amount into your account. You will receive a confirmation SMS to your mobile if you mention your mobile number at the top of the PF and EPS claim form.
Wish you all the best.

Dear Bhaskar sir,
Thank you very much for your quick and valuable response. I hope I can settle my PF account now. In fact, the issue is not with Form 19 and 10C but with the absence of a responsible HR person in the previous organization.
Sincerely,
SR RAI

Subject: Salary and Offer Letter
Dear Boss,
My friend has faced a problem with the offer letter. She has been working as an HR executive for the last month. She received an offer letter, but it only mentions "executive." Nowadays, executives are in all job roles, and they are not clearly specified. Additionally, they said the salary is 7000rs, but the offer letter states 6500rs.
My friend is very confused. Could you please advise on what to do in this situation? People are requesting her signature on a photocopy of the offer letter. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards, [Your Name]

Dear Vaishnavi Please instruct your friend to go to that office and discuss with the HR Department instead of discussing with others and get the issue resolved.

Dear Bhasker,
That is the problem - the office is in Bangalore, but she is working in Tamil Nadu. Additionally, she has sent emails regarding the offer letter and salary, but nobody has replied to those emails.

Dear Xela,
Regarding your query, have you submitted Form 19 & 10 C along with relevant documents duly signed by the authorized signatory and submitted them to the RPFO/SRO office in your area of concern? You will receive the amount within 30 days, directly deposited into your bank account by the PF authorities. Now, you can check the status online by clicking on "Know your claim status" on the [EPFO website](http://www.epfindia.nic.in).

Dear Vaishnavi,
Nowadays, there are more offers available in Pondy and in Chennai itself. In the initial stage, if the company is not maintaining fidelity, then what is the fun of joining such a company? If there is a real problem and the HR is responding properly, then you can have faith in that company. However, as per your words, the HR is not responding over the phone or via email. In such a case, joining that company would not be advised.

Dear All,
I want to know that I forwarded my PF withdrawal documents (Form 10C & 19) to the PF office on 29.09.2011. Still, I can't get my PF amount. When I check the PF claim status, it always shows "your account is under process." When can I expect to receive my PF amount? How long does it generally take to process a PF claim?
Can anybody suggest me?
