Though we are not clear about the kind and style of business that has been done by the organization, the objectives may be as follows:

1. Man Hours per ton: This is to analyze further how training is effective in reducing the man-hours for each ton of product production or in the effective use of human resources for each ton of production. The effectiveness of training shall be reflected in increased production. A training session, in consultation with the production department, may establish production guidelines, solutions to workers' problems, machine operation guidelines, effective machine maintenance checkups, training on machines, reduction in machine setup time, review of production schedule, and production planning issues.

2. Training Man-Hours: This may be the input training hours resulting in production improvement.

3. Employee Coverage: This may be related to the number of employees covered under training for the computation of per-employee training cost.
