1. Trade license:- Issued by local corporation authorities to run the business in the said geographical area.
2. PFA license:- This has to be attached with the trade license form.(Prevention of food adultration.
3. Contract labour .
4. Sale tax registration .
You need to have following documents with you to take the above said licenses.
Deed copy(If its a rented premises you need to have rental agreement copy), Consent letter from the landlord, latest building tax paid receipt, under taking letter as discribed by the authority , Power of attorney to the person who is signing the documents etc.
