We are having total no. of employees in our organisation more the 30 and
basic salary of all exceeds Rs.10,000/-. Is my organisation required get registration under PF Act.
If yes, then should our organisation file return as NIL contribution.

Dear,
You have to register your company with the pf authorities as the act says where in any establishment or factory 20 or more persons working or were worked on anyday the act applies inspite of their salaries.

all are right and you have to take code and send nil return if all are exempted employees.but still you have to deposit Rs7/-
per month as inspection charges and you have to go through inspection of PF authorities.

in all of first you told where is held your orgnisation? because there are some addition document required according location. there are some listing for new coverafe (new PF code)
1-coverage performa
2-business Performa
3-Company address proof
4-List of employees with Basic+DA
5-DD in favour of RPFC or EPFO of Rs.......(basic salary's 25.61% for covered employees) with Challan.
6-address proof of Director/Proprioter/Partner
7-copy of MOA (if company director ship)
8-copy of PAN/ service tax /sale tax /TIN/ etc.
dear if you can do it go furthur other wise you can also hire any consultant that help you having received some reasonable charge.

Sorry Ashok Ji, i am not agree with you, because if any person is member under epf secheme before job then he is liable to covered under the epf act. and secondly its depend upon company policy
