As per Rajasthan Labour Department circular dated 24th October 2017, the labour department under Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP-17) for Ease of doing business has stated that the establishments under the Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1958 who have made application to get registered under the act will be subjected for inspection under the mentioned Act only after registration is obtained.
