I m anshi pusuing MBA.I am going to company ranbaxy for doing my SIP,but m confused abt my project topic whether i should go for training and develpoment aur tk recruitment.n plz suggest sm other topics 2 which i could go for.Also i wanna know that if i tk training and development as my project frm whr i should start like what all things i should cover 2 cmplt my project in the best possible manner.
