Hi,

As you are pursuing education in HR, wait until you graduate from college with a degree. Concentrate on studies to achieve good grades. Continue in the same job and try to transition into the admin department. Meanwhile, strive to gain knowledge about HR functions and day-to-day HR activities. Being from Symbiosis, you have good chances of securing a job in HR. Additionally, try to understand how other companies operate in HR and Administration. Let me know if anything else is needed.

Thank you.

Thank you, sir,

I was thinking of joining an HR internship program. I have visited some consultancies like Spectrum Infogain Services, Clan Learning, Auctus, and SLA Consultant, but I haven't decided which consultancy or institute is good for me. At my current workplace, I also assist my HR in making salary vouchers.

Hi Richa,

Consultancies will only help you to get into recruitment. If you want to grow in HR, then target some good but small corporate companies. Once you get into consultancies, you will be primarily focused on recruitment.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance or clarification.

Hi,

I have also completed HR Generalist training at Spectrum Infogain Services. I have learned many functions of HR there, such as recruitment, salary breakup, tax planning, advanced Excel, payroll software, labor laws, and other important functions of HR with practical experience. So, I suggest you join SIS. You'll feel comfortable and confident after this 45-day training. All the best for your career.

Thanks and regards,
