:arrow: Hi... I'm a recent passout from XLRI Jamshedpur. I got placed from campus into a company in Mumbai and have been working there since past month & a half. I am not happy with the current & immediate future job content, partly because it's not related to HR. I'm drawing an effective CTC of 6.5L pa.
I would like to work in direct HR generalist roles or specifically Recruitment specialist roles. I have no previous work experience. I'm looking for roles either outside India or in Mumbai.
