you can get the questionnaire on HRD climate from that book. and i am also having organisation culture survey. but right now it is not with me. you give your email id so i can send you that. you can see site of tvrao.

Hi !work culture how employee & employer are behaving with each other ,attitute of the management towords worker .May be Orgnization culture is diferent work culture in Corporate office and factory . May it can be Department work Culture . HR Department Team has work culture can be different from Account Department work culture . way of working , dealing with customers ,in time working , punchality , team players , moral , lots of things make work culture . as Orgnization culture is pattern of work , process, procedure , SOP of each department and person , how often company is taking care of its employee .what are step company is taking care to avoid stress, pressure, time bonding of working late . etc form the organization culture .
