I am working in software development company, i have just joined here, here one performance appraisal going to be held i just want to know what is the role of HR IN Performance Appraisal, plz help me in this matter.

Hi Deepika,
You, HR man, charged with implementing a periodic performance appraisal such as noticing at the whole company, setting schedule, doing FAQ, managing, reminding and reporting at the end of performance appraisal. Periodically, at the end of a year, you sit back and find out pitfalls of performance management system if available and then re-establish/customize new one in accordance with company changes in business objectives.
