Dear Devidas Sonawane,
Your query relates to Labour Welfare Fund Act & this is a State act for which you have to go through your State LWF Act for query.

Dear Member, As already clarified that LWF Act is a State Act. We have not came across any Central Labour Welfare Fund Act. Regards, R N KHOLA

Dear All,
I would like some clarification regarding the Labour Welfare Fund in Haryana.
1. Does a company under the shop & commercial establishment category need to register itself to submit contributions to the Labour Welfare Fund in Haryana? If so, please provide guidance on where the registration should be completed and share the weblink for the registration process.
2. What is the frequency for depositing contributions to the Labour Welfare Fund in Haryana? Is it monthly, half-yearly, or annually? Could you also specify the due dates for each case?
Thank you.

Dear,
If your establishment is covered under the Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1958, as applicable to the State of Haryana, then you are required to have a Registration Certificate under this Act by online uploading the application. Currently, you need to obtain the first CAF No. from the website of investharyana.in (the website of the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Board) and then proceed with the Shops Act registration. If you employ ten or more employees, you must deposit labor welfare fund contributions with the Haryana Labour Welfare Board, located in Panchkula.
You are expected to deposit annually the contributions of both employees and employers with the board, no later than the 31st of January every year. Once you receive the RC under the S&E Act, you can find the link for uploading employee details. Additionally, you can make the deposit online through the system.
