Dear Seniors.
I am working in a construction company here we are deducting Rs. 10 from employee side and Rs. 20 from employer side as LWF(Labour Welfare Fund).
Can anyone let me know this amount should be included in CTC structure or Not.

Hi usually company will not add in the CTC. If you add nobody will question you but it will not seems good by showing this meager amount Regards Eswar.K

for which location you are working for, I have worked for many locations but did not see kind of slab (10/20), would you please let me know about the slab you are working for the location!!!

Dear Sir, It depends on company to company LWF Department gives the relaxation that u can cut the lwf from employee or employer can bare the amount choices are for employers Regards Ashish

Hi, You can; however, the amount would work out to Rs. 40/- per annum; which i believe is peanuts - unless it helps the organization come out of minimum wage issue, if any. regards,

Yes, this amount should be included in CTC structure. (In Maharashtra Slb.EE\' 6.00Rs.ER\' 18.00Rs.below 3000.00 gross & EE\' 12.00Rs. ER\' 36.00Rs. above 3000.00 Gross)After Gross amount there are two structure, EE\' & ER\'. We are deducting from EE; contribution & add in ER\' contribution (CTC).

No were in any of the labour law speaks about CTC. CTC means cost to the company. So if you want you can add the LWF into the CTC. That is not a problem. This CTC system is only created by the employer

Dear Friends, LWF is part of CTC as Employer is contributing his share. CTC = Gross + Employer\'s Contribution
