We have a opening for the Deputy HR for a well reputed construction giant based in mumbai.
following are the roles and responsibility.
The role that would be assigned would be in terms of handling all HR initiatives such as:
1. Internal Branding &Internal communications
2. Managing Events (Annual Day / Dipawali & other festivals )
3. Organizing HR initiatives ( Motivation & Spiritual talk / Yoga )
4. Fun & Games (To make co. a preferred place to work)
5. Coordinating for Corp Social Responsibility
6. Discount offer tie ups for the benefits of associates.
7. Reward and Recognition Program –
min. exp required is 3-4 years
package they are offering is 8-10 lacs p.a.
requirement is on urgent basis
