I am looking for employee engagement programs/initiatives/projects that can be rolled out in my organization (MNC). Currently, we have an employee strength of 83, with 40 being college hires and the remaining 20-plus being experienced hires. Although there has been no attrition for the past 2 years, I would like to implement strategic employee engagement initiatives/programs that can keep them engaged throughout the year across various categories.
Please assist me with the strategic aspect of this.

Every year, this survey is rolled out and it's used for organizational development perspective in terms of Leadership Excellence, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Management. Moreover, this survey is driven for all the business units that come under our organization.
