Team,
This is regarding the Leave administration.I work at a manufacturing firm and we are with an employee strength of 70 in the company. Therefore we don't have a swiping card attendance system to monitor the attendance or the time in and out of the employees. Hence,it is difficult for me to manage the attendance and control the late arrivals of the employees. PL suggest a format or a excel sheet that i could circulate every week to all the departments to let everybody know of the individuals leave status,so that the peers or colleagues are also aware of that individual being on leave .Or anyone pl suggest me a general format that i could start to get this whole system in control.
Thanks

Hi,
You can keep a track very well by getting the Time sheet filled up twice a month and also one Register needs to be maintained which should be kept with security guard at the Gate.....In which he would be taking down the time In & Out...Employee just has to sign.....
We are doing it in our company and trust me it works...

PFA attached Time sheet format....

you are working in a manufacturing concern than factory act will be applicable to you .as per factories act you have to maintain certain registers and attendance register and leave register is also to be maintained as per factories act.
pls do one thing put one register at gate every body has to mark in and out time in that register.after seeing this register you maintain attendance register and start to apply leave application and maintain register.
strength of 70 employees is not less,in my view you should have punching system to contol the things.
tks
