I had a discussion regarding this with my boss and started listing the employees who resigned in the past year. Once they were analyzed keeping in mind this article, we found out that most of them were not ready to be flexible as per the company's requirements. They were unwilling to change the processes according to the needs of the hour. This lack of adaptability led to decreased performance and inaccuracies in their work as they were not mentally prepared for change. I am referring to extremely young employees who are in the learning stage. Therefore, I am unsure if it's always the manager who influences job changes.
