I highly appreciate your help for the below issue. We are an industrial company operating 24/7, and we have Punch machines. I need your help to guide me on how I could control the daily attendance in the fastest time (by software or Excel Sheet).
The working hours are as follows:
Normal Working Hours:
- Saturday to Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Thursday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Weekend on Friday
Shift Roaster Working Hours:
- 6 days on, 2 days off
- For the 6 days (2 days morning, 2 days evening, 2 days night)
Time Table for the shift attendance:
- Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Night shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 2 days off and so on
What are the best solutions for me so I can follow the attendance record?

Hello, dear! Just contact your payroll software vendor, and they will definitely guide you to purchase another punching machine in which the in and out data could be kept separately. You just need a few adjustments on your software, and everything is going to be all right.
