U can arrange few cmpetitions like Creative Rangoli, Workplace decor,funny story telling with acting, some sher-o shayari in teams, Company name Antakshri, some ad-mad shows,
Just a Minute game shows.
Besides that you can ask suggestions from the employees themselves so that they have a belongingness feeling.
