hi.am working in a company from past four months as an h.r executive and my query is that one of my employe is asking me to check the total amount of p.f in his account so that he can with draw his p.f amount and he even wants to know the entry and exit date for his particular account. so what is the procedure to check an employee\'s p.f balance in his account

Dear vamsi, Go to EPFO website & select know your balance & fill the details & you will get the PF balance. The data will be updated till 31.03.2014. Regards, Raghavendra B R

You can ask your employees to register them under EPFO Member portal, as well as download the PF Slip from Employer portal and give print outs to them.The link for member registration is as below.
