Resolving Employee Concerns Regarding PF Withdrawal and EPF Contributions - CiteHR

I am Saipradeep Palivela. I have been relieved from a company on 1st June 2013. I submitted my Form 19 & 10C for the purpose of PF withdrawal. According to my PF statement, which I recently downloaded, the company has credited my PF up to July 2012. Please suggest a solution to help me with my PF withdrawal.

Thank you.

Clarification on PF Credit Timeline

There might be a misunderstanding regarding the PF credit timeline. Has the company credited only your PF until July 2012, or is this applicable to the entire organization? Please verify if you have received the latest annual PF slip showing your accumulation of the PF amount. Kindly check.

First of all, you have to verify your latest statement. You can write a personal letter addressed to the EPF Commissioner of your locality, mentioning your relieving and submission of prescribed forms for the withdrawal of PF. Upon verification from the website, the contribution of PF is only shown up to July 2012, with no updates available up to May 2013. Request the PF office to confirm the remittance of PF contributions by the company until May 2013 and the amount due to you as of May 2013. By doing this, your doubts will be cleared, and based on this, you can proceed further if required.
