Hi everybody,
I always feel excited when i visit this site to see how management people are in need of guidance particularly in HR domain and how many management students having HR as their passion are in need of a practical knowledge, when they to want to kick start their career in a corporate world. But how many of them know about the roles and responsibilities of a HR in an organization.
It's very simple for those people who want to become a HR in corporate, needs a career guidance when they given opportunity to learn from workshops. What a management student learns about the Human Resource Management from his studies which theoretically give an overview as per the book written by the author. A student won't get the in-depth knowledge about it.
So before he gets himself prepared for an interview with preference to the HR job, I strongly suggest u guys, go for the HR training which gives the knowledge about whatever role you are gonna be hired by the company related to HR sector, you'll trained upon that scenario from the HR training institute.
My suggestion about this particular institute named Black & White Business Solutions which is put up at Bangalore, is a place which is worth for management students to enroll themselves to gain practical knowledge about the HR roles in a corporate firm. The Black & White don't advertise about themselves much, but trust me when you walk-in for a guidance to the Black & White you are in a right place were you are guided for your knowledge what you seek in Human Resource.

Hi guys,
I like to know about the HR training program and few Institutes how things work out there, if you enroll for the training. As far as i know I've seen more reviews about how the training institutes are been rated in terms of their guidance and the importance given for everyone whomever undergoing the training program. But more reviews of the institutes like Ajax Management and few more institutes have been reviewed bad, but when i searched about this black & White in net, whatever information i needed about the training i did not get it, because as Mr. Arun told they have not advertised about the Training sector anywhere. I'll speak to the HR Anu, and I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed that this training institute gonna give me a best option in terms of my providing me job opportunities if i enroll myself for training.
