I got selected in top company, I did\'t get the service letter of fisrt company when i was joining into the second comp. and I don\'t have the offer letter of first comp. i included my first comp exp in second comp. please help on the same, I have already resigned from my current org.

Best and fastest way is to contact the first compnay by physical visit and request them to issue experiance letter only.
If they do not issue the experiance letter then you can go to your local (Location of Previous organization) labour department as experinance letter is right of employee.

You may support the same by providing all the pay details and transaction proofs, only alternative........ but better is to request for the one, you may also request a verification letter of your previous experience, if done, from the company you worked later...... or you may give the reference of the company or department head you worked in, and a email of acknowledgement of you working there might too help..... but, the companies are more active when it comes to background verification, so make sure they are all genuine and you have not faked any..... rather be open with the issue.....
