Recently I got a job in a company.
They are providing me 20000 on joining
after 6 months 25000
after 1 year 30000
Will my salary be
taxable..and what should my salary break up contain ?
What to do if the company denies the salary promised to me earlier ?

Dear Csrbh,
Best of luck for the new job.
As you have mentioned that currently you will get Rs. 20K, yes it is taxable. But the amount of tax will depend on your salary break-up and investments also.
On part of Salary Break-up, no one can exactly tell you that what will be your salary break-up, as it is finalize by the Organization as per their rules.
On this salary promises, I should not say but still I would like to give a you hint that there is no such organization who gives their employee such hike within one year. I may be wrong, but as per my experience it could not be possible. Although, it depends on your work profile and your performance. So, I would like to suggest you that whenever they will finalize you, you just ask them to mention this salary hike on your interview per-forma and be sure that it should be written by pen not pencil.
Hope this will help you and best of luck once more. Cheers.
