My problem is little cimplicated. I have recently resigned from a reputed mnc where i have worked around 3 years after passing diploma engineering. I have resigned under frustration of my family sickness( parent's illness). I solved my problem and i want to join now because i love my job and the company culture.
But the problem is before my resignation i was deputed in our company dealerships and the dealer release us because the contract period is over. After relesing from dealership i should get another location as soon as possible.
But there was a delay in transfer and hence i came to home thinking that i will go to the new location from my home. After one month i call my manager to ask about my transfer and hence also inform that i m in home and waiting for transfer. He was angry and said you supposed to be in the dealer even they realese you because you are working under our company. I got one unauthorised absentism letter even i inform in the dealer before coming home. so I joined there immediately and after 5 days my mom get sick again. I couldn't balance my mind and i resigned.
I did every exit formalities and i never did anything wrong in this company. In the exit interview hr asked me if i can join again just as a formality and i said yes, i love working culture.
Now i asked to HR for rejoin, they keep on hold for discuss but is it possible to rejoin depending on my situation. I am so heartly attached with this company that i reject one offer after resignation.
