Well, if there no leave or off day then it should be replied within one or two working days....it may be acceptance or confirmation for the receiving the email.
Also, no bonds are legal in India that bounds or force an employee to work for a particular employer or obstacle in improving their professional growth.

There are two things:-

1. If a resignation is sent by email that can be accepted by the company. It is always advisable to send hard copy to process and get the acceptance letter. In this case if i is sent by speed post/courier you have the ack and they will have to necessarily reply. On the other hand they may say that they have not received the mail. First try to get the ack from t he company for having received the resignation letter and then follow up

2. Getting relieved and accepting the resignation depends on the terms and conditions of your appointment order. Whatever is mentioned as notice period you will have to follow. If you have signed a bond then the conditions on the bond apply. If it is mentioned about the amount payable if you opt out before the stipulated period then you will have to pay the amount. however it is for the company to insist on the payment and acceptance of the resignation.

You must act accordingly and get relieved from the company properly for your future career and growth.

Sir, I have served three months notice as desired. But later I continued in job due to persuasion of the Director. Is the notice period served by me is still valid. Gupta

Hi Bro,
Communicating through mail is the best way in any organization irrespective of size & sector in which it is operating.
1. If you receive an employee resignation, it would be better if you speak with him/her before responding to the mail. In some cases, employee takes bad decisions due to work pressure, scoldings from the superior, ineffective work environment etc., It would be good for the company if the HR or any other person from the higher management should discuss about the resignation & come out with the best solution. But the response should given with 24 to 48 hours (or) 2 working days.
2. In general, experience as well as relieving letter will not be provided during bond period. However, it depends on the rules & conditions you mentioned on the bond.
