Dear Nobal,
There are two points in this case:
a) If she is covered in ESI benefits along with her husband, she is entitled to medical benefits under ESI as applicable.
b) If your company includes her name in the company medical scheme only, then she can claim the benefit.
Please confirm whether she is also an employee of your company.

Well, I am of the opinion that the insured employee of your company needs to approach the nearest ESI Hospital to get his benefits under ESI for Medical Pregnancy covered under his policy. ESIC Hospital will provide him free medical for his spouse as per the policy. I am sure you have already given him his Family Card.
