Unfortunately, even people advising others on Written Communication Skills, use wrong spellings ! I can see that above !
First and foremost thing, you should have a commitment to learn and improve your skill. Secondly, read newspapers daily... just not the sports page covering IPL matches. Keep a dictionary handy and go through the spellings if you are in doubt. Whenever you write something check for grammar and spelling without fail. I dont know how many of you remember a grammar book by Wren & Martin !!!!
You cant achieve success overnight.... Keep trying and work out and you will succeed over a period of time !
Alternatively, organise for a Business Communication Skills programme which I can conduct in your city and I will help you and other like-minded people !
