In my current organization i am about to start a training programme as the management feels a serious need to groom the employees on there english, Email etiquettes and effective communication.

Dear Neeta,
I think inviting an "outsider's" point of view really helps. If you can get a non-Indian to be a part of the Communication workshop, there is realization of words and phrases that we typically use that are not understood (atleast in the context that we Indians do) by the intended recepient.

Right know as we have people inhouse who can impart training i m not looking for external trainer. I need some innovative ideas which will make the sessions more fun and interactive such that its grasped well.
