I Worked For A Software Company(EOK TechnologiesEOK Technologies Infosystems Pvt. Ltd.

Phone: +91 40 69406960 to 69406975, CEO-Umesh Prabhu) For 1 Years As A Sr.Software Engineer. I Have Resigned From My Job On 10 Feb 2016,And I Served Notice Period Of 1 Month 2 Days.
While Resigning They Have Promised Me That They Will Pay Final Settlement Amount , Relieving on 11 MAR 2016
I Got The Service Letter Clarence Latter And Relieving Letter From The Company But Till Now I Didn't Got Any Amount. I Had Escalate This Matter To High Label Management But They Are Also Not Replying My Emails And Phone Calls.They did n't pick my phone also.
Please help me on below details

Just have some follow up gentle reminder mails regarding FnF amount. And keep everything documented.If they dont reply then you can proceed for legal action.But make sure all proofs are with you.
Dont take legal action as a first resort as In india justice process is slow and it take years to resolve issue so try to settle the issue with mutual understanding.But if it doesnt work out than you can opt for legal action as a last resort for Breach of contract,Mental Harrasment,Financial loss etc etc.
