I have completed 6 year in a pvt ltd company and in notice period. I just wanted to know will I get bonus as per Payment Of Bonus (Amendment) Act, 2015 in my full and final settlement including Gratuity and pending salary.

"Every employee shall be entitled to be paid by his employer in an accounting year, bonus, in accordance with the provisions of The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, provided he has worked in the establishment for not less than 30 working days in that year".
Hope you fulfill this criteria (irrespective of your notice period).
The criteria that adds with this in "Payment Of Bonus (Amendment) Act, 2015" is the enhancement of floor & ceiling amount from 3,500 to 7,000 as the floor value and 10,000 to 21,000 and that has nothing to do with your concern.
Apart from this as you said completing 6 years, you become eligible for gratuity. Pending salary subject to the terms & condition as briefed in your appointment order on complying to the Notice served.

hello
can u please guide my how can i apply online for my epf claim,actually last year i moved to abroad and i want to apply for my pf online ,but i don't know how to do it exactly,i already applied for pf when i was in india before moved to canada.but they sent a letter mentioned it that authorized person's signature not tallying. it wasn't my mistake this should b uploaded by company but i don't know y they didn't upload it. so i am trying to claim online,i have uan member portal but when i logged in its showing my date of joining and leaving is not upgraded yet, so i contacted to my HR manager i requested him to upload it ASAP but its still not uploaded. and is it possible to get all claim amount to my another bank account.
