Krantidevi,
90% balance scorecard is run on intellegent software..You have to just copy and paste whatever information you receive. This tool is bureocratic tool has little to do with HR. Mostly its dealing with overall business performance.
Indians are only copy and paste entire material they hardly adhere to BSC principles otherwise they cannot do the business. All companies who have used this BSC have bankrupted in this recession...

Dear all,
Best wishes for Holi.
I was working in one reputed Pharma Company as a Manager - P&A for the period July -2006 to Dec. -2008. I have left this company on 31.12.2008. Till date they have not paid me Full & Final Settlement. Also, Bonus (20%) was a part of my CTC.They have not paid me bonus from 1.04.2007 to 31.12.2008. Can you help me for getting my Full & Final Settlement and Bonus.

Dear Anand,
What is the company's policy on settlment i.e, any waiting period is there for settlement?
Have you completed the handing over and clearance process properly?
Have you left the organisation after serving the required notice?
Bonus 20% if a fixed component or variable component?
Since you have handled an important profile for a quite a long period, if you have left the organisation on a good note, you can follow with HR or P& A incharge. If they are not of much help, then contact your ex-superior. Adopt a correct approach. Don't pressure them or threaten them. There should be a valid reason for delay in payment. Try to find out. In many occasions, the settlement is done mainly due to the rapport the ex-employee had with HR & superiors.
