I have big problem past 1.5 years back I joined XYZ company while hiring they told me it's IT but they put me in bpo process .After some months I got know that it's bpo process and finally I left company with proper pay slip and experience letter. So now I want to switch from that bpo to IT with same pay slip and experience letter.if I go next company will they disagree me in background verification ? Please advice me on this.but I'm very good in and passionate about software testing.
