I need help on training and development as i have joined in a company which is related to print industry.here i have been asked to organize training and development every month for all the employees which include service engineers, sales people, Web development, Finance, Admin and i have to choose topic on my own and also i have to give the training by my own not from outside trainers.So please provide me some related topic for all.We are planning to do it on last working Saturday of the month.Please suggest some good short motivational movies also which we can show to our employees after training and development .
