Hello Everyone. Greetings of the day. I have a query that one of the employee applied his transfer claim from previous employer and when I check his transfer claim it is in Inaction-able section and neither there is option to approve this via Digital signature nor to delete.
How can i approve? What is the reason behind this?

Dear,
When someone applies for online claim then he can apply through previous employer or present employer according to the availability of digital signature and suppose person has applied from Previous employer than on the employer portal of current employer it will show in-actionable untill that is approved digitally by the previous employer once it is approved then that will also be removed.
