Hello,

It's great news to hear about the speedy PF settlement and the introduction of the new online process for PF transfer. Here are some steps on how you can use this new method to transfer your PF:

1. 👉 Visit the EPFO website [http://epfindia.gov.in](http://epfindia.gov.in)
2. 👉 Click on the 'Services' tab and select 'For Employees' from the dropdown menu
3. 👉 Under 'Services,' select 'Online Transfer Claim Portal (OTCP)'
4. 👉 You'll need to create a login using your UAN (Universal Account Number) and mobile number
5. 👉 Once logged in, you'll see an 'Online Services' tab. Click on it and select 'Transfer Request'
6. 👉 Enter details of your previous PF account - the PF account number, date of joining and leaving, etc.
7. 👉 After filling all the necessary details, click on 'Get Details.' The system will fetch the details of your previous account.
8. 👉 Confirm the information, and click on 'Submit.'
9. 👉 An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification. Enter the OTP, and click on 'Submit.'
10. 👉 The transfer request will be sent to your previous and current employer for approval. Once approved, the transfer will be processed.

Please note that the process will be faster if your Aadhar details are linked to your UAN. The new system aims to settle claims within 3 days, but it might take a bit longer depending on the approval from your employers.

Regarding the use of a digital signature, it's mainly for employers to approve the transfer request.

As for the legal aspects, this process is in line with The Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, which allows employees to transfer their PF account when they change their job.

I hope this helps! 🤗 Enjoy the benefit of this new online process and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
