Could you please clarify whether from this portal we could make PF transfer or PF withdrawal? How could an employee send the request for an online claim? Please do the needful.

Dear Ashish,
This is only for PF transfer case, not for PF withdrawal case. Your second point is: how could an employee send the request for online claim? For this, I hope this facility will be provided on the Member Portal, or maybe through some other way, like the previous employer sending the request on behalf of the employee, or the current employer sending the request on behalf of the employee. This is just my thinking.

Hi Nadeem,
I have applied for the transfer of my earlier P.F. amount through my previous employer on the Online Transfer Claim Portal (OTCP) and have submitted all the required details of my past and present P.F. accounts. Now, my previous employer has approved my claim, and I also received a text message and email regarding the same.
What will be the next step? Do I have to do something else, or is the process completed? If it is completed, how long will it take for my P.F. amount to get transferred to my present account?
