Is it possible that a group of people feel like that some how one has a attitude and seems like that behavior toward is not that much good.
is it possible that on 25 th day in any company without any prior notice /warning hr come and ask that you have to way resin /termination you can adopt one which you like we don't have any chance to give you here .......

Is it possible if yes then what an employe can do in this situation where he /she knows that there wher nothing like that from his side about the attitude and behavior that was a misunderstanding or a planned way to terminate .....

Please check the following :
1)how many years the employee has worked in that org
2) Has the employee been given any chance to change in any group company if that is a group company
3) Do the reality check of the HODs, whether because of their harassment this has happened, becoz it is seen that good employees leave due to bad bosses, ususally no one points finger on the favourities in the org , it always the non- favourities face the fire.
4) Whether the employee has been counselled regularly by HR
5) Whether the employee had anytime asked for transfer in the past, and why it was not implemented ?
6) If it is a senior employee and has been in the org for long time, whether the org can give VRS instead of asking resignation/ termination?
Attitude changes with circumstances, and behaviour of everyone in the org , so for attitude one should never terminate a person.

As you say on "25 th Day", it appears that the employee is still on probation; if that's the case, please see the appointment conditions. Usually, an employee can be terminated without giving reasons during that period.

JOIN AS A SALES AND MARKETING CO-COORDINATOR
REPORTING TO MANAGING DIRECTOR / NATIONAL SALES HEAD AND GENERAL MANAGER MARKETING
EMPLOYEE OBSERVATION THAT SOME OF HR AND ADMIN PERSON AND MD'S SECRETARY HAS SOME PROBLEM WITH HERE AND SHE JUST JOINED ON 15TH AUGUST . AND THE SAME DAY ITS CAME TO KNOW THAT SHE SHOW SOME DRAMA THAT THIS PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE SHOUT ON HERE AND CRYING IN MD'S OFFICE .AFTER THAT TWO HR PERSONS COME AND START FORWARD ASK FOR RESIGN TO THE EMPLOYEE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR INTIMATION AND NO ONE ASK OR TELL HER THAT WHAT IS THE REASON BEHIND IT THERE WERE JUST ONE LINE THAT ATTITUDE IS NOT SO MUCH GOOD AND YOU WERE NOT SO MUCH POLITE AS YOU SHOULD BE FOR THIS JOB .ALL THIS HAPPEN ON 26 TH OF AUGUST
AND TILL THE DATE NO SALARY NO FULL AND FINELY AMOUNT I RECEIVED AND THERE WAS AN AGREEMENT THAT IF THE EMPLOYEE NEED TO LEAVE JOB BEFORE COMPLICATION OF ONE YEAR SHE HAS TO SERVE 6 MONTH NOTICE OR HAS TO PAY 6 MONTH SALARY TO THE COMPANY .
