Hi,
Saw the Termination Letter, Its good, however, I have completely different views...
We / Organisation should not terminate the employee in the first instance, atleast we should give one to the employee to present his / her case. Maybe, due to some unforseen situation he / she cud not make it to report to Office or what ever...
The employee should be first sent a Show cause letter (Vetted by Legal) & then terminated after 3-4 days.
I dunno, Its my Opinion.

Dear All,
We have an Employee, who worked with us for couple of months. He has taken too many leaves very often with no communication. We discussed with him not to repeat this, this time he gone on leave from 15th July and there is no communication. Due to Clients requirement, we decided to terminate his employement and replace his position.

Dear Sachin,
From last two years you haven't terminate any single employee? great !!! due to recession lots of companies terminate employees on daily basis. anyway you can give them termination letter mentioning that they had been caught in theft cases. attach reports duly signed by store/purchase/security dept. Mention approx. cost of the products you recovered from them. This will help you in future if they take any legal action.
