Hi
Recruitment - means Hiring Talent for the organisation , although once a subset of staffing , now seen more as a seperate entity
STaffing - Broader scope , includes forecasting of manpower , strategising , manpower planning etc and host of other activities
Outsourcing - Directing out of the non core activites of a business to cut costs and focus more on core areas ..

Hello....
Outsourcing is...assigning your task to another external agency.
Recruitment includes sourcing and selecting...it means hiring people to fill any vacant position in the company.
Staffing is managing your existing manpower; reallocating and relocating your people as per the need of the company, assignment and project.
I am sure...this will help.

Recruitement and Staffing , has the same diferrance as that of Sales & Marketing.
Recruitment is all those steps taken to attract quality candidates to the organization. (Recruitment can be called as the sales function of HR)
Staffing takes a broad view of things , including Man power planning, Deployment , etc. (Staffing can be called the Marketing Function of HR.)

Dear
Recruitment means hiring candidates for the present and(or) future vacancies in your organization. Recruitment may be done from various sources via advertisements, job portals like naukri.com, consultants, employee references etc.
Staffing means fitting the right candidte at the right job. It includes matching of skills and knowledge of the employees with the requirements of the job, i.e. Job specification and Job description. Staffing is next step after recruitment and selection and may be on the basis of performance in various tests, interview etc.
Outsourcing means getting any type of service in your business from some external source, like getting payrolls prepared for your employees by some chartered accountants(who is not working in your company and is not on your payrolls).

recruitment: making positions/cvacancies available to potential candidates. it can be done internally or externally. intranet or office notice board are examples of internal recruiting, while ads in newspaper or positions available on websites such as naukri.dom are examples of external recruiting.
staffing: it comes after recruitment. selecting and placing the right people in the right job.
Outsourcing: flourishing bpo and call centre in india are the byproduct of outsourcing. when companies decide to focus on core competencies and give non core things to some outside agencies, it is called outsourcing.

Warm Greetings!
Outsourcing -
"acquiring a product or service rather than producing it yours"
"the contracting out of a company's non core, nonrevenue-producing activities to specialists"
"transfer or delegation to an external service provider the operation and day-to-day management of a business process"
Staffing involves finding people, who may be hired or already working for the company (organization) or may be working for competing companies.
where as Recruitment refers to the process of finding possible candidates for a job or function. Now-a-Days these activities is being undertaken by staffing agencies because it is very difficult for the HR managers to find the rigt kind of people at the rigt point of time , so what they do is they give some money to these staffing agencies to carry on the recruiting work on behalf of their client or the organisation.
