I am submitting this information as the final dates for the selection boards of the 6 month program is coming close.
Our Managing Director would like to share some information which may be of interest to HR members & on his behalf, I am posting this information.
”Dear Friends,
Last year our company which is India’s Number 1 HR Company had instituted 5 scholarships in each region for HR evangelists towards a premier Fellowship in OD and organizational HRM. We got an overwhelming response of over 150 HR Heads/ Divisional Heads of HR interested in taking up this program, of which we selected 8 in each region for a full/half scholarship. This group is passionately working towards becoming leaders in HR.
This year again we have a scholarship opportunity towards The Asian HR boards premier program - The 6 month Licensed HR generalist Program (See Annexure for details of program).
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for the program and the scholarship is:
1). Post Graduation in HR or minimum 2 years of industry experience.
2). Excellent oral and written communication skills
3). Zeal and high Passion for driving HR
4). As per Global EEOC Diversity Norms - There is no age, gender bar
Value of Scholarship:
This scholarship would cover complete fee for the entire program (excluding lunch). The total value comes to 60,000/-
We also have a few half and lesser scholarships for the program.
SELECTION PROCESS for the Scholarship
1. Fill in the form
2. Written test (waivable in certain circumstances)
3. Panel interview
Location and Number of Scholarship
This program would be ideally suited for people living in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bangalore, or surrounding regions ( this is because the monthly contact program of 2 days will be in these cities )

Details of AHRB 6 Month Licentiate HR Generalist Program
The program is a 6 month program and allows a person to take :
*5 globally certified courses by CAMI-US within a 6 month period
*5real time HR projects in Compensation Structuring, Competency modeling, Designing Behavioral Interviewing formats, designing training matrix, Psychometric Assessment, Performance Mapping, facilitating training etc.
*Mentoring opportunity with some of India’s Premier HR professionals
