Hello Seniors,
I need advice and help to work as an HR Consultant in India. I have an MBA from India and have been working as an HR professional in the US for the last 8 years. I hold PHR, GPHR, and SHRM-SCP certifications and am currently pursuing my MS in I/O Psychology from a state university here. I wish to relocate to India for personal reasons but have no idea how to go about seeking a job there as I have never worked in India.
I am specifically looking for a position as an HR Consultant in a diversity-encouraging organization. Despite applying for consultant roles at IBM and Deloitte, I have not had any luck so far.
Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

SG9:
1) Upload your profile on Naukri and other job portals.
2) Connect with HR professionals on LinkedIn.
3) Use your professional and personal network in the country you are located in to connect with potential employers.
4) Put together a 1-pager intro on who, why India, etc., and use that as a cover letter to reach out to HR Heads in India.
Hope this helps.
