I have around 1.5 years of experience, but wherever I forwarded my CV for HR positions, I received no replies as I was not shortlisted. I am looking for a job in HR in Noida, so I started visiting companies personally and inquiring about any HR vacancies there, as not all vacancies are shown on job portals. However, I have had no success with this approach either. I am unsure if this is the right method to continue with. Could you please provide guidance?

1. Do not ask anyone or online portals to write your resume. Get the resume checked by your dad or teacher for any mistakes. Do not write an objective. Instead, write a heading as "about me" and write about yourself. Do not include information like father's name, nationality, passport number, caste, religion, marital status, etc. Never sign a resume if you have not addressed it to anyone. Do not label it as CV, curriculum vitae, or Resume on top of the document.
(Must Do) For every job you apply for, whether online or offline, create a cover letter. Craft a good, creative cover letter that is unique for each job by incorporating a few lines from the advertisement. Witness the results.
