All of our state-of-the-art assessments are web-based. We learned a long time ago that too many users never update their software. Web-based assessments allow the provider to keep the software current.

I request all not to take any test that is not precise enough as they are not proven methodologies; these tests are only to determine how a candidate reacts to a particular situation. However, there is no instrument or proven method to assess a person's thinking or ability to withstand pressure. The external and internal environment do influence a person in the workplace, and they are not the same instantly or in many instances.
