You are talking about behavioural or physometeric tests, try to search this website & the internet first Samir, you will find them.
You have not specified if these are required for a specific industry or specific level of the candidate and for what purpose.
I would strongly urge you not to try to implement these just by picking from the internet without proper training in case you are thinking to introduce these in your organisation.
Incase these are for educational purpose for some project, please search them first, you will find plenty of samples.
