Hi, this is Nireesh, I have completed My Btech in 2013, still, now I didn't get any job, i learned and tried in that field but no result, and i attended BPO there also the same problem till now i have attended almost 75+ interviews, what can i do, in 2015 I joined CCNA course and I got selected in a private company as a network engineer the problem is the consider only Degree candidates but not Btech and I put BSc in my resume and went to the and I got selected, after that, they asked me to provide documents and I have degree fake document and i gave them, after one week the announced all the candidates to bring original and duplicates documents.. but I didn\'t have my Degree certificate, and I told them the truth before they asked me they simply said u r terminated.. and I didn't understand.

What are the parameters to select and give a job - is it the talent or documents or qualification? and i said the truth and i have attended many interviews fro past 2 years like a dog, and i\'m totally helpless I didn\'t have any guidance.. here my query is as i\'m a BTech graduate and i supposed to put a fake on degree, by considering this u may understand how desperate i\'m to get a job.. and i passed the interview there they have tested my knowledge and everything but they haven;t consider my talent and terminate bcoz of providing fake.. and i told them the truth this the gift they gave to me.. The HR\'s have no heart at all or they forget how much hard work they did to get a job.. it\'s in their hand to accept or terminate.. so plzz show kind heart on the unemployees like us..

Dear Nireesh,

To sum up your long post, I can say that after acquiring your B Tech degree, you attended 75+ interviews and still did not get the job. For this you acquired a fake B Sc degree certificate but since you could not produce original, you were terminated. For this termination, you are holding HR responsible. You call them heartless.

Well gentleman, malaise of career decay lies in lack of your employability. If you had been employable, you or your career would not be in limbo. Couple of failures are understandable, however, IT and ITES both the industries put together, if you fail in 75+ interviews then it can very well deduced that some primal skills are missing in you. Therefore, what you need is serious self-examination. Find out where are you going wrong? Which skills you need to upgrade? What about your oral communication? What about self-confidence?

You need to change your approach in appearing for the interviews. As many interviews you have attended, did you make note of the questions asked in the interviews? If not, why not? Your major problem could be lack of these records.

Study hard gentleman. Success in any field is possible with deep study. Why companies will select you if you have superficial knowledge?

Thanks,

Hi Nireesh,

Mr. Divekar has rightl pointed out that you need more of self-examination.

From your post, a few things that can be understood is -

> There is some missing skills

> Your command over English needs to be strengthened up.

> Your self-confidence needs a real boost.

Having said that, you also need a plan of action to succeed.

So for that I recommend you following:

Read a lot of books, technical magazine etc in English. This will build your technical knowledge as well as give you a good command over English. Your Grammar is very bad you need to speak English as well. Practice in front of mirror and then speak in English with siblings and friends. This will improve your English and also boost your self confidence. Both are very essential.

Next time when you are applying for a job, ask the recruiter to share the JD with you.

It will bear the job roles and will list out the set of skills that they require.

Check how much knowledge you have on those skills.

Check online if there are any variations from what you studied.

If there is an upgradation , study them or go for some coaching institute.

I hope this will help.

Also note that do not practice unethical and illegal task.

If you got caught and if they blacklist you and red mark you, you will not be in a position to work at any place.

Always remember that honesty is the best policy.
