Hello Friends, I need CTC breakup for 10 LPA salary where 50K would be joining bonus. There is no gratuity policy yet in our company.

Joining Bonus is nothing but a welcome bonus for any new employee who is joining in the organization. Some organizations are paying such Bonus. It has no relations with Bonus payment under the payment of bonus act.
Any organization can pay Bonus as per payment of bonus act more than the statutory limit. In those cases the extra amount is usually booked as exgratia.
