Hi all,
I hope you all are doing well. I am facing an issue in calculating the CTC structure from the nth amount. As a fresher, many times interviewers ask this question. Some examples are given below: "Prepare a CTC breakup for the 25000 nth?".
Please help me with this.

Hi,
CTC stands for Cost to Company, and it varies from company to company. In general, the CTC includes the salary and all employee benefits. For example, Gross salary, Employer EPF contribution, Employer ESIC contribution, Bonus, Incentives, Gratuity, Mobile reimbursements, Annual Leaves, etc.
Thank you.
