Dear Yohan,
Medi-claim policy is needed for all employees, you can also include their family members. This will surely increase the moral of the employee.
Moreover this policy will helps to reduces Income Tax under sec 80D.
Go with New India Assurance or Star health Insurance.
Star health Insurance premium is lesser than New India Assurance.We also plan to take mediclaim policy in Star health Insurance.

you can consider TATA AIG also for accidental benifits,for employee point of veiw its realy good.
When I met with a road accident and was not able to attend office for about 2n half month, they reimburse all medical expenses as well as salary of 65 days(its normal healing time for collar bone fracture).
for mediclaim and life insurance you can consider BAJAJ ALLIANCE too.
before finalizing one first ask their executives for details and after compairing all,decide which is benificial for company and employee both.
