I am a little bit confused about Privilege Leave Policy. We are working 24 days a month (1st and 3rd Saturday are company off).
If an employee is taking 5 days leave in one month, is he/she eligible to take earned leave for that month? Our company provides 1 PL every month.

The employees eligibility depends on the number of months or years service s/he given to the company. The privilege leave or paid leave as per law is 1 for every 20 days of work employee done in a year. So if the employee has enough PL in his/her account then you can consider it as PL or else you may have to consider the way the company has policy on other leave. And if the employee is new then you have to consider as LOP.
